How do I publicize an event at Christ Church?

There are many means of publicizing an event.
Contact Josie Sicheri in the church office (364-0394 ext. 29) as soon as you have your event on the calendar and you’re ready to get the word out.

Here’s a list of the ways you can communicate to the congregation:

• The monthly newsletter (Grateful Heart). This is published on the first Thursday of each month. 
            The deadline for submitting information is one full week prior to that Thursday.
 

• The weekly email blast. This goes out each Thursday at 11:00 a.m.

            Deadline for submitting items for the weekly email blast is each     Wednesday by noon.

• Announcements at worship: printed in the bulletin and projected on the screen.

           Please submit all information no later than noon each Thursday to have it included in the weekly announcements at worship.

Please submit all your information by email, (preferably in a word document/simple text/no formatting)
