Adult Ministry

ChristChurch exists to invite people into a relationship with Jesus Christ and one another, and to help them grow and live in those relationships. 

 

Our Adult Ministries Team exists to provide meaningful opportunities for adults of all ages to connect with one another, to develop relationships and to grow in their walk with God.  We accomplish this mission in many ways, and are constantly adding new programs and offerings to meet the needs and interests of adults in our congregation.  Some of our current offerings include:

 

Sunday Morning Education Hour Offerings (10 am):

     Adult Forum-a speaker’s forum, currently featuring weekly discussions by clergy and lay leaders on the New Testament.

    Bible Workbench-a lectionary-based Bible study.

    Via Media-a study of various aspects of Christianity from a contemporary perspective, based on video-driven curricula.

    Life Series-topical discussions, usually in series, on such life issues as parenting, career transitions, marriage, and EQUIP,

for those interested in confirmation or reception in the Episcopal Church.
