1.  Caritas - Give an hour, an evening, prepare a meal, be a listening ear, spend time with our guests, participate in nightly bible study. Sign up in the Milling Area and talk with Sandra Garrett  and Jenni Pandak about how best to serve.

2.  Comfort Zone Camp - Be a safe, loving, presence at for a child who has suffered loss of a loved one. Contact Cathy Dyer to learn more about how to be trained for the weekend at Camp Hanover.

3.  Micah - Participation in mentoring through this summer and spend time sprucing up the grounds, preparing bulletin boards and classrooms for the children of George Mason Elementary School.         Rick Steenrod for more information.

4.  Central Virginia Food Bank - Share in the mission, that “none shall go hungry”, Contact Tammy Poore

Stack cans in the warehouse at 1415 Rhoadmiller Street

Cook meals in CFB’s Community Kitchen.

Put the kids in the car and deliver meals through CFB’s Meals on Wheels.

5.  Habitat for Humanity - Swing a hammer, grab a paint brush, sit on the step and talk with the home owner as you participate in . Contact David Latham to learn more.

6.  Boaz and Ruth - Is an organization in Richmond inviting us to share our gifts helping to rebuild lives and communities through relationships, training, transitional jobs and economic revitalization. Donate clothing and home furnishings, volunteer to mentor an apprentice.  Contact Marilyn Wayland to be a part of this on going ministry.
